Massimo Carnio is the new Italian Chocolate Master Champion.

Besides the many ispiring thoughs Cornia revealed us what’s his opinion about Pastry Talents Contests: “To take part in competitions keeps you updated and gives you motivation, it helps to let be known too, which is fundamental for young chefs like me who are determined to make a name. Since last november draft I worked assiduously, looking straight to the International Finals. Part of me is enjoying as an accomplishment being here but I’m also looking at the next step with hunger».
During the prizegiving Massimo defeated the cuncurrents also in the Press Jury Prize, in the Artistic Pièce Category and for the Best Chocolate Praline.
Two of the many notable competitors were Sandy Astrali, Silver Medal of the main competition and winner of the Best Cake Prize, and Kim Kyunjoon, Bronze Medal and winner for the Best chocolate snack to go.
Massimo Cornia will stand for Italy at the next World Chocolate Masters 2015.
