The 36° International exhibition for the artisan production of gelato, pastry, confectionery and bakery is about to begin. The Gates of Rimini fairground will open on January the 17th for 5 days of events, meetings, contests and innovations. Dolcesalato, will be there as usual, with a restyled magazine and this brand new website. Here to you a list of some of our partners location into the Fair.
